COMUNIDADES VIRTUAIS DE PRÁTICA DA ACADEMIA NACIONAL DE POLÍCIA COMO ESPAÇO DE APRENDIZAGEM ORGANIZACIONAL NA POLÍCIA FEDERAL

Abstract

Federal Police (PF) aims to become a world reference in police science. In its strategic portfolio, the server training is mentioned in most of its strategic actions, highlighting learning as a critical success factor in which the National Police Academy (ANP) assumes a relevant role in the promotion of training events. The present research presented the learning processes through virtual communities of practice (VCOP) maintained by ANP in the light of a bibliographic review. The research is classified as exploratory in terms of objectives, characterizing itself as documentary in data collection, in addition to semi-structured interviews with two ANP servers. The research has a qualitative approach and aimed to verify if virtual communities of practice serve as space for organizational learning. The results pointed to the existence of twenty-two VCOPs, of which fifteen were analyzed, since it was not allowed to join the others. Among those effectively analyzed, it was verified that only seven of them serve as a space for learning, and the eight others were inactive. Research has pointed to causes, sponsorship by sectors of the organization, moderators attitude in community activities and lack of regulation of VCOPs as an educational event.
