Abstract

ISOBE, Oswaldo Shussaku. Evaluation of the didactic material printed for the distance professional education of e-Tec Brasil Network, from the perspective of the students. Advisor: OLIVEIRA, Guilherme Resende The purpose of this study is to evaluate the suitability of the Printed Didactic Material (MDI), adopted by the Technological Institute of the State of Goiás, Unit of Anápolis (ITEGO-EAD), in the secondary education courses offered in the distance mode. The ITEGO-EAD of Anápolis is one of the components of the State Network of Professional Education, which uses printed teaching material produced by the Open Technical School of Brazil (Rede e-Tec Brasil) in its distance education courses. The study analyzes the results of the research in which the students themselves presented, through answers to a questionnaire, their opinions on specific aspects of printed teaching material, such as their suitability to the target audience, through text, visual, usability, dialogicity, use of icons and hypertexts and feedback to students, especially checking their conformity to the social context. It was concluded that, in a general way, the didactic material has a good aesthetic visual, graphic design, layout and good level design, that allow the reasonable assimilation of its contents by the students. However, in view of the specific target audience, the didactic material analyzed needs to be better adapted to the social context, with adjustments and adjustments that make it easier for students to use and understand, with adequate, clear and simple language to better intermediation in the distance professional education process.
