DIAGNÓSTICO DA BACIA HIDROGRÁFICA DO CÓRREGO SANTO ANTÔNIO EM APARECIDA DE GOIÂNIA-GO

Abstract

Diagnosis of the environmental impacts suffered by the urban occupation of the Santo Antônio stream basin, located in the urban perimeter of Aparecida de Goiânia-GO. In order to carry out the diagnosis of the Santo Antônio stream basin in the city of Aparecida de Goiânia - GO, the main impact and generative factors of the basin degradation were identified and the main consequences of this process in the natural environment were identified. To validate the study, the basin was analyzed from satellite images and data collected in the field. The study resulted in the elaboration of an environmental profile of the basin, and in the elaboration of maps of land uses and occupations, demonstrating the profile of the various forms of occupations. The socioeconomic and environmental data of the urban environment where the basin is located present an inequality of occupation and a significant deficiency in the environmental preservation of the water bodies.
