ANÁLISE E ALINHAMENTO DA LIDERANÇA SITUACIONAL AO NÍVEL DE MATURIDADE DOS LIDERADOS: Um estudo em empresa familiar de esmagamento de soja no município de Rio Verde - GO

Abstract

This present work deals with the study of situational leadership, developed into a family business located in a city in southwest Goiás. The situational leadership has been sutied by the classical theorists of administration to direct their studies to the question of the need for an appropriate leadership style to development level of subordinates. The objective was to propose the alignment of the leadership style of senior management level of maturity of the followers. Was tried to get information through field research, with the subject to senior management, four managers, two supervisors, review of recent literature. For this purpose, were used three instruments in order to measure levels of psychological maturity and work of the followers, as well as the perceptions of the leader and the led in relation to the leadership style practiced. The results obtained, allowed to propose a situational leadership style of the leader in conducting the tasks of each led, seeking so that they are properly aligned and executed. It was possible to consider and recommed to the company that the top management undestands the flexibility of the styles presented and that can apply them to contribute to the development of their leaders and in return, of their employees.
