Nesse sentido, o objetivo dessa dissertação é analisar a cultura que predomina entre os gestores do setor de confecções de Goiânia-GO, com estudo de suas percepções individuais. Assim, os esforços serão no sentido de caracterizar a forma como são vistos os seus valores, de acordo com o modelo proposto por Cameron e Quinn (2006), e como deveria ser o comportamento desses gestores, apresentando o gap entre a cultura real e a cultura ideal. O referencial teórico procura mostrar o universo no qual está inserido o setor de confecções no Estado de Goiás, o processo de formação da cultura organizacional e os seus determinantes. O resultado possibilita identificar quais os valores percebidos pelos gestores e como trabalhar esses valores para o desenvolvimento do setor de confecções de Goiânia-GO. |
| Abstract: | The study of culture allows knowing the aspirations and the work the organizations. In this sense, the goal of this dissertation is to analyze the profile of the culture that predominates among managers the clothing sector of Goiânia-GO, with the study their individual perceptions. Thus, characterize how their values are seen according to the model proposed by Cameron and Quinn (2006), and as should be the behavior of managers, with the gap between the real culture and the prefered culture. The theoretical reference, show the clothing sector in Goiás, the process formation of the organizational culture and its determinants. The result enables to identify which values are perceived by managers and how develop the clothing sector in Goiânia-GO |
