IMPLANTAÇÃO DO SISTEMA ERP PROTHEUS TOTVS: UM ESTUDO DE CASO NO SERVIÇO NACIONAL DE APRENDIZAGEM INDUSTRIAL EM GOIÁS

Abstract

The important expansion of systems ERP and the technological innovation had generated many works and discussions between specialists, researchers and entrepreneurs, in intention to find a norteador for the diverse cases of success and failure in its implantation. The present research had as objective to analyze the perceptions of the users of diverse areas of the organization and to identify the difficulties found during the implementation of integrated system ERP - PROTHEUS of the TOTVs in SENAI GO. For that, a case study was systematized using the method of quantitative analysis, guided by the theoretical reference about the technological advances of these systems, particularizing some concepts and characteristics transversally to the organizational processes. For the data collection a research instrument was used containing 35 items in 12 dimensions, using the 5-point Likert scale, conducted by the research author in the departments surveyed, where 193 employees were interviewed. Using the analysis multivaried with the technique of correspondence analysis, the results of this research had pointed the continuous necessity of training and qualifications as well as some occasional customizations and the necessity to reorganize some organizational processes. Generally it is observed that users are satisfied with the ERP system supporting the strategic benefits with the use of information technology. Specifically, the research showed some discrepancies pointed out by users related to training and customization, some specific adjustments in organizational processes with the purpose of integrating the departments and the need to ERP innovation now object of study in this research.
