NORMAS PARA APROVAÇÃO E CONSTRUÇÃO DE EMPREENDIMENTOS DE MORADIA E RESULTADOS DE SUA IMPLANTAÇÃO. ESTUDO DE CASO EM GOIÂNIA

Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the results of the implementation of urban housing projects for low income population, be they settlements or dwellings located in the region of Goiania, whether or not they are inserted in the public housing policies of the Federal Government. Fron this perspective, it was sought to identify if the dwellings built in these projects comply with parameters of urbanization and architectural design, as well as satisfying the expectations of the dwelling families. With this purpose, three projects were selected for case study and a methodology of analysis was developed for the various stages and elements of the process of planning and implementation of an urban settlement. In addition, the research sought to identify the main problems and needs identified by residents in the enterprises analyzed. As a result, a set of premises and guidelines for the construction of subdivisions, urbanizations and dwellings was obtained, with the purpose of subsidizing public and private institutions in the implantation of these urbanizations.
