EFICÁCIA DO PROCESSO DE COMUNICAÇÃO INTERNA NO INSTITUTO FEDERAL GOIANO CAMPUS URUTA

Abstract

This work aimed to identify the effectiveness of the internal communication process in the IF Goiano Campus Urutaí. It used data from institutional documents, institutional research and data collection by questionnaire that allowed it to point out fragilities and opportunities to be used by the institution's managers. With this work it was possible to identify who are the actors of the internal communication process, what channels are used and how the flow of communication occurs. In the methodology, the approach was quantitative due to the application of a collection instrument to obtain numerical statements. Given this scenario, the wide variety of information, tools and the need to effectively reach the academic community that constituted the target audience for this research became visible.
