A utilização de cenários prospectivos na elaboração do planejamento estratégico e o alinhamento organizacional: Estudo de caso no Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (SENAI), Serviço Social da Indústria (SESI) e Instituto Euvaldo Lodi (IEL)

Abstract

This work has as main objective verifying the use of prospective scenarios in the development of strategic planning and organizational alignment. The study has a qualitative character, with the completion of a case study in the following institutions: National Industrial Apprenticeship Service (SENAI), Social Service for Industry (SESI) and Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL), such institutions are part of the Industry System and bonded together in order to make an integrated strategic planning. In literature review authors were consulted on the following subjects: Prospective scenarios, the strategy in organizations, the strategy formulation process with the use of prospective scenarios and organizational strategic alignment. In the case study, the proposal of 03 institutions were evaluated to conduct an integrated strategic planning using prospect scenarios taking notice in the changes in the process. At the end of the project, the degree of strategic adhesion between the institutions that make up the Industry System was also taken into consideration, this verifying organizational alignment between the institutions and regional of each state.
