A DIGITALIZAÇÃO DOS PROCESSOS JUDICIAIS E SEUS REFLEXOS NA PRESTAÇÃO JURISDICIONAL

Abstract

Brazilian Republic Federal Constitution of 1988 assigns to the Judiciary the duty to settle disputes at the same time as it preserves the principle of access to justice for every citizen, and in this understanding, the digitization is assumed as an appropriate apparatus in this process. In this sense, this investigational research, developed within the scope of a research topic in Strategic Management of Entrepreneurship part of the Professional Masters in Regional Development from University Center Alves Faria (UNIALFA), has the resolution of debating the digitalization of judicial processes and their responses in the jurisdictional execution Throughout a literature review, this study pursues the establishment of standards to analyze the digital inclusion initiative and its viability in the Judiciary System of the State of Goiás, taken as our main references some auctors whose contributions are ultimate for understanding both the variations in the organization of judicial processes and their promptness. The research field was led in the region of Trindade-Go, through surveys submitted to Judiciary servers working in the mentioned region such as judges, prosecutor’s attorneys and lawyers. As a consequence, it indicates conducts of using digitization of judicial processes to lessen the effects of judicial postponements, noting that the positive effects of the digitalization of judicial processes are already felt by the research subjects
