LEI DE ZONEAMENTO URBANO DO MUNICÍPIO DE IMPERATRIZ - MA: SUBSÍDIOS PARA A ATUALIZAÇÃO LEGISLATIVA.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a study of the law in the city of Imperatriz, on the Zoning Law and Installment of Use and Land Use (Complementary Law Municipal n ° 03/2004) and, cumulatively, of specific aspects of the Master Plan (Supplementary Law Municipal No. 02/2004) municipal, leaving it to these two legislative instruments to adjust the effects of human activity on the environment, before the conflict between the regional economic progress and planning of rational occupation of the city area. The research was linked to an Environmental Protection Zone Empress, seeking to assess the implementation of the Zoning Law and Installment of Use and Land Use in the city of Imperatriz - MA with respect to the preservation of the Environmental Protection Zone 2 Bacuri 2. The choice this area was arising because of this watercourse crossing significant part of the urban area in populous neighborhoods of Empress. It used the non-participant observation technique to describe the situation in this area of study. It was found that there were no intervening public policy or substantial initiatives to support the Environmental Protection Zone 2 Bacuri 2 after the establishment of the Law of Zoning and Subdivision of Land Use and Occupancy.
