| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o processo de gestão do trabalho na unidade hospitalar HUGO, gerida pelo modelo de Organizações Sociais de Saúde. Trata-se de um estudo analítico, com delineamento de estudo de caso. As fontes de informação foram compostas por elementos qualitativos e quantitativos, tendo sido utilizados como instrumentos de coleta de dados questionários e entrevistas, além de consultas a documentos institucionais para obtenção de dados secundários. Os resultados demonstram para uma tendência favorável à administração pela Organização Social, sendo que, 63,0% dos entrevistados apontam uma melhora nas condições de trabalho, após mudança para esse novo modelo de gestão. Esse trabalho possibilitou identificar aspectos positivos e negativos, sob o olhar do profissional de saúde a respeito do gerenciamento de unidades públicas administradas por Organizações Sociais de Saúde. Além disso, os resultados obtidos possibilitarão agregar conhecimento necessário sobre o tema, permitindo o desenvolvimento de estratégias para uma melhor gestão nas unidades de saúde |
| Abstract: | The present work has a objective to analyze the process of work management in a hospital unit HUGO governed by the model of Social Health Organizations. This is an analytical study, with a case study outline. The sources of information were composed of qualitative and quantitative elements, and questionnaires and interviews were used as instruments of data collection, as well as consultations with institutional documents to obtain secondary data. The results evidence a favorable trend for administration by the Social Organization, and 63.0% of respondents point to an improvement in working conditions, after changing to this new management model. This work made it possible to identify positive and negative aspects, under the health professional's view regarding the management of public units administered by Social Health Organizations. In addition, the results obtained will allow to aggregate necessary knowledge about the subject, allowing the development of strategies for better management in the health units |
