OS DESAFIOS DA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DO PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO NO PODER JUDICIÁRIO DO ESTADO DE GOIÁS

Abstract

This dissertation, integrated to the line of Integrated Market Management of the PPMAUNIALFA, aims to know the challenges faced in the implementation phase of the Strategic Planning in the Judicial Branch of the State of Goiás, which was formulated and is managed based on the Balanced methodology Scorecard. The National Council of Justice, seeking to carry out an efficient and expeditious strategic administration in the jurisdictional provision, determined that all courts should elaborate and put into practice their strategic planning. For this reason, this study sought to verify the degree of adherence and commitment of the servers in the execution of the established goals and also to make a comparative of the visions of the bosses and the collaborators with regard to the difficulties found to reach the planned results. For the construction of the theoretical reference, authors based on the discipline of strategy execution were identified and identified difficulties and challenges that existed at this stage. The applied methodology for the evolution of the work was a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research, operationalized by a case study within the scope of the Judicial Branch of Goiás. Data were collected through interviews with directors of administrative departments and closed questionnaires with servers of judicial courts. As a result of the analysis, nine challenges were identified during the implementation of the strategic planning in the TJGO, and it is possible to see that the bosses and the employees have the same yearnings and visions about the difficulties to be overcome by the organization. With regard to administrative managers, it was observed that these are the ones most committed to achieving the established goals and objectives. The need for adjustments in the way the institution's goals are implemented has also been demonstrated, and the implementation process must be improved and the challenges identified in the research should be overcome
