AQUISIÇÃO DE IMÓVEIS: UM NOVO CONCEITO.

Abstract

The real property is the second biggest dream for Brazilians according to a survey done by the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor in 2018, which identified that 45.65% of Brazilians have a house on their wish list. Taking into account this scenario and the possibilities of acquisition, the Brazilian context of the financing, consortium and cash payment models and other investment funds, Ibovespa and savings accounts, were analyzed in the period between 2014-2018. The article evaluated the current economic real estate situation using the comparative method to analyze recent indices and the national average. Also, the SWOT method was used in order to establish, for each investment system or real estate acquisition, criteria that help to maximize the interests of capital. As a result, it was possible to establish the financial interest ratio among the methods and to show new possibilities for a regional and macro scenario, where the invested capital may have new directions. From this study, it will be possible to evaluate new acquisition models for financial institutions and foster the educational debate on financial sustainability.
