FORMAÇÃO E GESTÃO DE ARRANJOS PRODUTIVOS LOCAIS NO ESTADO DE GOIÁS: A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DOS SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO

Abstract

The study is part of the Local Productive Arrangements (APLs), and their importance in the regional development, due to the localization issue and productive links maintained by companies, institutions and the government, which end up promoting the development of localities. On the other hand, the moment demands that companies and organizations, in partnership with society and other interest groups, seek the development of Local Productive Arrangements (APLs), where they are inserted, on an increasingly solid and sustainable basis. In this way, the work aimed to identify the concept, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of APLs. It is concluded that they are agglomerates of companies, mostly micro, small and medium enterprises, formed by producers with the following characteristics: they are in the same geographic space, they cooperate with each other, they have little or no diffusion of knowledge and they have links of confidence, competition and innovation that take place under the positive influence of competition. In order to provide the public manager in the APL performance identification process, a Management System for Local Productive Arrangements (APLs) was also presented. The proposal was built from the APLs of the State of Goias and became an instrument capable of supporting the performance of the APLs and pointing out collective initiatives or actions to improve their main needs.
