PROPOSTA DE EFICIÊNCIA HIDROENERGÉTICA NOS SISTEMAS DE ABASTECIMENTO DE ÁGUA - ARQUITETURA DO SISTEMA SENAC/PALMITO/PEDROSO EM GOIÂNIA

Abstract

This dissertation aims to establish a proposed hydropower efficiency, with the completion of study in Water Supply Systems - Senac architecture / PALMITO / PEDROSO system in Goiania, proposing oriented methodology to reduce losses in Water Supply Systems ( SAA ), and the costs of electricity, minimizing the financial and environmental impacts. Contextualizes the issue of loss of water and electricity on the planet , with the March those discussions the agendas of global conferences. It is used indicators of the National Information System of Sanitation - NHIS developed by the Ministry of Cities. Analyzes the SAA in Goiás showing the number of inhabitants served in the state and the percentage of the population of the communities in its concession area with treated water . In Goiânia, says the farmer water system treated with primary units, ie, systems Leite and Half Bridge. Finally, the document proposed hydropower efficiency, with the completion of study in Water Supply Systems - SENAC architecture / Palmito / Pedroso system with new hydraulic configuration in water distribution in neighborhoods identified. Reference the theoretical approach in literature sources in the area and the concepts of Sustainable Development, Eco-Efficiency, Hydro - Energy efficiency, among others. The official documents of international organizations and conferences supported the research as these guiding global public policy on the environment. Reading the SAA in Brazil incorporates the creation of the National Sanitation Plan - PLANASA (1969 ), at which the industry is structured, until the recent period when they were redefined the main guidelines of the national policy and processed the Sanitation Law of 11445 / 2007. The analysis of data presented by the NISS set up the reality of SAA in Brazil and added to the subsidies provided by the Sanitation Company of Goiás - Saneago translated the reality of SAA in Goiás With the implementation of the project, according to the worksheets prepared by the author of dissertation is an estimate of savings of R $ 109,583.02 (one hundred and nine thousand , five hundred and eighty-three reais and two centavos) against a total annual cost of deploying 300 linear meters of 700mm hose AUD 412,137.00 (four hundred and twelve thousand one hundred and thirty-seven reais).
