TRABALHO E SAÚDE DO TRABALHADOR: IDENTIFICAÇÃO PRELIMINAR DA SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT EM SERVIDORES DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL GOIANO

Abstract

Researches have showed that nowadays, workers have faced a lot of pressure in order to achieve goals and results. Considering this context, the Burnout Syndrome is very common and it brings negative consequences for the workers and also for the organizations. The study of the conditions work/health conducts the analysis of the profile of the illness of the workers, giving support for the evaluation of possible associations that are present in the job (occupation) and health. This way, this research aims checking, through questionnaire application, the vulnerability of the workers of IF Goiano (Rectory) in relation to the Burnout Syndrome. Concerning its methodological procedure this research is quantitative and descriptive. The aimed results are related to finding out information that may contribute for the adoption of preventive measurements that may avoid the Syndrome contraction from the part of the servers.
