GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO NO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA DO ESTADO DE GOIÁS – COMARCA DE RIO VERDE: IDENTIFICAÇÃO DAS PRIORIDADES PARA SUA IMPLANTAÇÃO

Abstract

The purpose of the present is to verify the degree of maturity and identify the priorities for the implementation of knowledge management within the scope of the Judiciary of the State of Goiás - Rio Verde District, as well as the consequences of its applicability in the practice experienced by its servants and magistrates. The study is based on the theoretical framework of studies by Batista (2012) in which a model of knowledge management for Brazilian public administration is suggested. To carry out the research, an exploratory research methodology was used, taking into account the objectives of the work. As for the means of obtaining the data, the field research used a questionnaire, applied at the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás - Comarca de Rio Verde. Data were obtained that made it possible to know the degree of maturity in Knowledge Management taking into account the following criteria: Leadership, Processes, People, Technology, Knowledge and Learning and Innovation Processes, as well as helping to identify the priorities for the implementation of Knowledge Management , thus improving the public service and delivering a jurisdictional provision of excellence and quality, also allowing for a significant improvement in the performance of the Judiciary Branch in the District of Rio Verde / GO.
