ATUAÇÃO DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE GOIÁS NA FORMAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS: o caso do Curso Técnico Integrado em Cozinha.

Abstract

This work aims to evaluate the performance of the Federal Institute of Goiás in the formation of young people and adults: the case of Integrated Technical Course in kitchen. Investigates the rise of professional courses in Brazil, the relevant legislation and the emergence of the Federal Institutes of Technical Education. In Goiás evaluates the structure of the courses offered by IFG, faculty and students, focusing on the course of Integrated Technician kitchen, and the performance of the IFG in the formation of youth and adults. The methodology used was the literature and empirical research applied to a sample of students who are still attending the said course. For research with students of this course, was used a questionnaire with objective and subjective questions in order to assess the level of satisfaction of these students with the course and with the institution to which they attend.
