ANÁLISE DA EFETIVIDADE DOS INDICADORES DE DESEMPENHO DOS RELATÓRIOS DE GESTÃO NO ASPECTO LEGAL DO IF GOIANO (2014-2015)

Abstract

This project presents and discusses the use of management indicators in the IF Goiano. These indicators are applied throughout Federal Education Network, Science and Technology, by determining the Union's Court of Auditors in order to keep up with improvements in administrative and pedagogical practices, operational efficiency, rationalization of expenditures and maximization of funds received . The research will examine the effectiveness thereof, in order to verify the usefulness and real representation of data to which they must submit. The methodology will be based on bibliographical and documentary study on the use of management indicators in the IF Goiano. The data will be treated in a qualitative way after being collected through interviews to be held together the team of Goias IF managers and then will occur the content analysis of the perceptions of respondents about the usefulness of management indicators to adequately demonstrate performance IF Goiano. From this research may arise suggestions to reformulate or add new indicators that can accurately translate the performance management thus contributing to a more effective evaluation.
